At Nayi Raah Nayi Udaan – Jeev Seva Samiti, we are deeply grateful for your generosity and support. Donations allow us to rescue, treat, and care for stray animals in Moradabad.

1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to our NGO are final and non-refundable. This ensures that funds are directed immediately toward our ongoing rescue and treatment activities.

2. Incorrect or Duplicate Transactions

If you believe you have made an error in your donation amount, or if you made a duplicate donation, please contact us within 7 working days at contact@nayiraahnayiudaan.org with details of your transaction. We will review and process refunds within 7 working days, if applicable, at our discretion.

3. Unauthorized Transactions

If you suspect an unauthorized transaction on your account, please contact your bank immediately. You may also notify us so we can investigate if necessary.
